The Epstein Saga
It feels like the unfolding of the Epstein mess is just like the Watergate scandal.
If you were around during Watergate, you might recall all the flailing around and flip-flopping of stories and narratives and messaging and all the attempts at distractions that occurred prior to the big reveal. The current state of the in-motion Trump-Epstein saga feels similar.
And don’t forget Rose Mary Woods and the notorious 18-1/2 minute gap. Undoubtedly, Trump’s team will similarly try to pull a rabbit out of the hat, and will fail just as miserably.
What’s With The Attempt To Release Grand Jury Testimony?
In my view, it is an attempt to throw something to the wolves in the hopes that the story will calm down. I suspect that they wanted to release it, and say “That’s all there is!” But no one will buy that anymore because there are now admittedly many more documents, files, and videos just waiting in FBI possession. Reportedly more than 100,000 documents.
In addition, it is possible that the court will not release the grand jury testimony. Grand jury testimony and records are legally normally kept secret.
Why Did Trump Hype The Epstein Files When He Knew He Was In Them?
Kinda weird don’t you think? Eventually it would all come out. Well, as usual, I think Trump’s ego got the best of him. He’s gotten away with so much, he probably thought he could control the entire story. It is devastating to him now that he finds he cannot.
Unfortunately, desperate people tend to do desperate things. In his desperation, Trump may do some unforeseen but destructive things.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is under fire by Trump in my view because he wants to replace it with discrimination and segregation, and give preferences to males and whites.
He has fired most everyone in positions of leadership who are female or non-white.

Mexican Coke uses real sugar, so some Coke enthusiasts prefer Mexican Coke. By getting U.S. Coke to use sugar, he will harm Mexican Coke sales in the U.S., and thereby symbolically try to hurt Mexico’s finances.
