Someday Is Today, and Today Is Almost Over

Are you waiting for “someday” to start saving and investing? Well here is a secret: someday is almost gone.

Someday is today, or it may have been even yesterday. Whenever you start, you are starting at the last moment.

Get Moving
The most important time is now. Now is the time to start. Now is the time to get in motion. Now is the time to move.

Waiting for someday means waiting forever. And if you are still waiting for the future to arrive, you will be behind. So start now.

What Is Now?
Now is the time to get things in motion. Start that automatic transfer from checking to savings, even if a small amount. Small amounts grow quickly once one sees how easy it is.

Change requires the realization of what is, and the realization of what needs to change even without necessarily understanding it fully. Once I see what is, in this case the lack of savings and investment, and I see my fear of not having enough money for everything else, I realize that I need to change, even without necessarily understanding it fully.

The simple act of beginning puts me over that fear barrier. That fear obstacle that keeps me from moving forward, that keep me locked in to my current state. They all can be overcome by starting to take care of myself. In this case, it would be to start savings and investing.

The starting steps do not need to wipe out all fear and hesitation. All I do need is movement in a positive direction, and then things will start to open. I promise. It happened to me. Fear and hesitation used to rule my life. Now, not so much or even less.

How To Do Money
Handling money, handling one’s finances can seem daunting and overwhelming. Does not need to be. The simpler is it, the easier it is. How to handle money is here. By starting now, the fears and obstructions that keep me stuck start to unstick.

What is your start story? Let me know here.
